Project Description
I’m preparing to build a modern-style home from the ground up and need a complete architectural package to take it from concept through permit-ready documentation. The project is strictly residential and entirely new construction, so every drawing, model, and specification will start from a clean slate.
Here’s what I expect:
• Early-stage concept sketches and massing studies to lock in the overall form and spatial flow
• Accurate floor plans, elevations, and sections developed in AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable BIM workflow so future consultants can plug straight into the model
• Photorealistic 3D renderings (SketchUp + V-Ray or similar) that capture the clean lines, open interiors, and indoor-outdoor connections I’m aiming for
• A full set of permit-ready drawings: site plan, framing layouts, door/window schedules, material notes, and code compliance details as AUS standard
• Ongoing design tweaks as structural and MEP feedback comes in, right up until we have a stamped construction set
When we’re done I should have:
– One coordinated BIM model (native file + IFC)
– PDF and CAD versions of the complete drawing set
– At least five high-resolution renderings suitable for presentation
If this scope aligns with your skills in modern residential architecture, let’s discuss timelines and milestones so we can break ground with confidence.
