Project Description
I already have a structured strength-training routine designed for intermediate lifters—complete sets, reps, rest times, and progression rules. What I need now is a clean, user-friendly mobile app that delivers this program in a way gym-goers can open, follow, and track every session.
Here’s the flow I picture: a quick user profile, automatic loading of the first week’s workouts, simple check-offs for each set, and visual indicators of progression. No calorie counters or diet sections are necessary; the entire focus is on my strength blocks. iOS and Android cross-platform tools such as Flutter or React Native are fine—as long as the finished APK/IPA runs smoothly and stores data locally with the option for cloud backup later.
Deliverables
• Fully functional mobile app (iOS & Android) embedding my intermediate strength plan
• Intuitive UI/UX showing daily workouts, rest timers, and progression cues
• Basic data storage so users can log sets, reps, and loads offline
• Source code and build instructions so I can update exercises in the future
Acceptance criteria
1. The app installs without errors on current iOS and Android versions.
2. My complete workout schedule appears exactly as provided, with correct exercise order and parameters.
3. Users can mark sets complete, adjust weight, and view next-week progressions.
4. No crashes or obvious UI glitches during a full four-week test cycle.
If you have previous fitness-app examples or can suggest lightweight analytics libraries for future updates, let me know so we can move forward quickly.
