Your task is pure spreadsheet data entry: take the raw customer details I supply (names, addresses, phone numbers, email, notes) and input them accurately, applying consistent formatting and basic validation so the file is immediately ready for filtering and mail-merge use. I’m currently platform-agnostic, so whether you prefer Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc, feel free to work in the program you’re fastest with—just be sure the final file arrives in .xlsx format and retains all formulas and data integrity when opened in Excel.
