I run an emerging swimwear label operating between Spain and Indonesia and I’m ready to hand off day-to-day social scheduling so I can stay focused on production and sales. All visual assets—photos, short-form clips, campaign videos—will come from me. Your job is to shape that raw material into a polished, data-guided calendar that rolls out smoothly on both Instagram and TikTok every month.
The work centres on three goals: boosting brand awareness, driving direct sales from our links, and steadily expanding an engaged follower base. I need someone with a keen eye for aesthetics, solid marketing instincts, and proven experience managing accounts for fashion or lifestyle brands. Think trend-aware layouts, tight caption copy, strategic hashtag use, and timing posts for maximum reach across EU and SEA time zones.
You’ll plan and queue a balanced mix of posts, Stories, and Reels, then monitor performance, tweak the schedule where needed, and report back with concise weekly insights. If you can also jump in with light copyediting or suggest fresh content angles when assets run thin, even better.
The initial commitment is three months, but because we sell year-round I’m looking for a collaborator who can grow with the brand well beyond that.
