Project Description
I already have a complete set of 2 D AutoCAD drawings; what I now need is a faithful, parametric 3 D recreation in Autodesk Inventor that is accurate enough to send straight to the shop floor for manufacturing. Every individual part as well as each sub-assembly must be modelled, fully constrained, and organised into a clean top-level assembly.
A key change is the electric motor location: I will supply precise dimensions and alignment details so you can reposition it to clear a new flywheel without clashes or service-access issues. Once that update is in place, please regenerate any affected parts or mounting hardware so the model stays production-ready.
Because the build team will rely on this data, I also need a complete drawing package: Inventor .idw sheets (and matching PDFs) with views, dimensions, tolerances, and callouts, plus an automatically generated Bill of Materials that lists every component and sub-assembly exactly as it appears in the model.
Deliverables
• Native Inventor part (.ipt) files
• Structured Inventor assembly (.iam) files with proper constraints
• Fully detailed .idw drawing set + PDFs
• Comprehensive BOM covering all components and sub-assemblies
I will review by opening the files in Inventor 2024, checking feature trees for clarity, verifying the motor/flywheel clearance, and cross-checking the BOM against the assembly browser. Once everything matches and drawings plot without errors, the job is complete.
