Project Description
I am ready to move from concept to a working MVP and want every core layer built in one coordinated sprint. The product will be available on iOS and Android first, with a lightweight web dashboard for administration and analytics.
Design
I need a completely custom look and feel—no off-the-shelf Material or Flat themes. Your first task will be producing high-fidelity UI/UX mock-ups for the mobile apps and the web dashboard, then translating them into workable front-end components.
Mobile prototype
The prototype must run natively on both iOS and Android. It should already support:
• Secure user authentication (email/social)
• Push notifications (device token management included)
• In-app purchases for digital content
Backend & data layer
Please architect a clean database schema and expose the required functionality through well-documented REST or GraphQL APIs. The backend must cover sign-up/login, subscription or purchase verification, and notification scheduling. Cloud functions or serverless endpoints are fine as long as they scale.
Web dashboard
A simple browser dashboard should let me view user metrics, manage content, and trigger notifications. It will consume the same APIs so everything stays in sync across platforms.
Deliverables
1. Custom UI/UX designs (Figma, Sketch, or XD)
2. Database schema with ERD and migration scripts
3. Source-controlled backend code plus API documentation (Swagger/Postman)
4. iOS & Android prototype builds ready for TestFlight and APK distribution
5. Web dashboard source and deploy guide
6. Setup instructions to reproduce the full stack locally and in staging
Acceptance criteria
• All listed features function end-to-end on both mobile platforms.
• Clean code, clear commit history, and environment variables abstracted.
• No critical bugs blocking user sign-up, purchase, or notification flows.
