Hello there, I'd ideally like to hire someone to recreate the image attached to this post in a more detailed anime or manhwa style. Ideally I'd like it to be in a similar art style to some of the more popular manga/manhwa series', such as Return of the Mount Hua Sect/Return of the Blossoming Blade, Beserk (not a gritty as the series however), or Dragon Ball Z.
Additionally, I would like to have the name of the story written on the image if possible in a way that doesn't interfere with the artwork! This part isn't a requirement however sometimes it can be a challenge to place this type of thing properly.
Budget wise I don't have a set number for this project, but I am relatively flexible with how much I can spend this time around so don't feel discouraged to tell me if I'm being crazy about how much this kind of thing should cost XD!
