I have a batch of Word and PDF documents that need their text lifted out and saved as plain, unformatted .txt files. The job is straightforward but demands care: every character must come over intact, with no hidden line breaks, smart quotes, or leftover styling.
Deliverables
• One UTF-8 encoded .txt file for each source document, named exactly like the original.
