Project Description
Key Responsibilities
• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Analyze existing business workflows and map them to standard Odoo functionalities.
• Lead and support end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, HR, and other relevant applications.
• Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD), process flow diagrams, and detailed solution documentation.
• Coordinate closely with the technical/development team for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training, develop user manuals, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support post-implementation activities including troubleshooting, optimization, and handling change requests.
• Participate in client meetings, product demos, and presentations as a functional expert.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high quality and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
