I’m ready to give my entire home a cohesive, modern look built around calm, neutral tones. The project covers every main living space, not just isolated rooms, so the design language must flow naturally from one area to the next.

What I expect from you
– A contemporary concept for each space that feels consistent yet tailored to how I use the room.
– Mood boards, colour schemes and material suggestions that stay within a neutral palette (think soft greys, creams, muted taupe).
– Scaled floor plans and 3-D visuals or renders (SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max or similar) showing furniture layout, lighting placement and décor details.
– A concise shopping list: furniture, fixtures, décor accents and finishes, called out with links or product codes so I can purchase locally or online.
– Guidance on final styling and staging so once everything arrives I can put the look together exactly as you intend.
Workflow
We’ll kick off with a short video call so you can see the spaces and ask questions. I’ll provide measurements and photos straight after. I’d like to review initial concepts within one week; then we iterate until the design feels right. Once approved, deliver all drawings, renders and the sourcing list in organised folders.

• Each room design clearly reflects a modern style and the agreed neutral palette.
• Floor plans and 3-D visuals align with actual measurements.
• All specified items are available through suppliers that ship to my location or have local stockists.
