Hi, I'm looking for a maker/mechatronics builder to build me a simple automation rig that sits above my existing crepe griddle. What it does: • Pumps batter onto the plate (peristaltic pump + nozzle) • Spreads it in a circle (motorized arm, same motion as a manual T-spreader) • Waits for cooking (IR sensor + timer) • Squeezes chocolate spread onto the crepe (3 small heated pumps) • Folds it in half, then into a triangle (simple hinged flaps, not robotic arms) • Slides it into a paper cone sleeve It's a straightforward build — aluminum 2020 frame, 3D-printed brackets (ABS), Arduino Mega, stepper motors, servos, and peristaltic pumps. All off-the-shelf components from AliExpress. No custom PCBs, no CNC machining, no exotic materials. The griddle is a Krampouz electric double crepe maker (2 × 400mm plates). The machine sits above it as a bolt-on add-on.
