ServiceNow Now Assist Architect with AI Expertise

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture and Generative AI capabilities to drive AI-powered automation and enterprise workflow transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement scalable AI-driven solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist • Build GenAI capabilities like Virtual Agents, intelligent search, summarization, and content generation • Define AI governance, architecture standards, and best practices • Integrate ServiceNow with external AI/ML platforms and enterprise systems • Lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and optimize AI-enabled workflows Required Skills: 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture/development experience Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules Experience with Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, Glide APIs Strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI concepts REST/SOAP API integration experience Preferred: ServiceNow CTA/CMA or CSA/CIS certifications Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) Knowledge of enterprise AI governance frameworks
