We need a cross-platform mobile app (Flutter/React Native) for a gift card and utility services business. The app will include a robust "Points/Coins" ecosystem and a comprehensive Admin Panel for management.
Updated Key Features:
1. Services & API Integration:
Gift Cards: API-based sourcing; display card codes/passwords to users.
Mobile Recharges: Integration via API. Crucial: Users must be able to pay for recharges using their earned Reward Points/Coins.
Loan & Insurance: Forms for loan applications and a display section for accidental insurance details.
2. Advanced Rewards & Milestones:
Milestone Benefits: System to track spending and reward users.
Example: Spend ₹1 Lakh in 1-2 months to unlock specific physical gifts (displayed in the app).
Tiered Leaderboard: * Spend ₹10,000/month = X bonus points.
Spend ₹20,000/month = Y bonus points.
Redemption Store: A dedicated UI to exchange points for products.
3. Robust Admin Panel (Full Control):
The developer must provide a web-based Admin Dashboard to:
User Management: View/Edit user profiles, points balance, and loan applications.
Inventory & Pricing: Update gift card listings and point conversion rates.
Milestone Tracker: Manually or automatically approve/manage milestone rewards and gifts.
Transaction Logs: Monitor all recharges, purchases, and point redemptions.
Banner/Promotion Management: Update the products and offers displayed on the home screen.
