Project Description
I’m ready to move from concept to a working MVP and I need a seasoned Flutter developer—or a tight-knit team—to own the build from blank repo to App Store / Play Store–ready package.
The core of the product is an AI-driven experience powered by the OpenAI API, presented through a clean, modern Flutter interface. Users will authenticate with either email-and-password or their preferred social account; no biometric login is planned for this first release. Once signed in, they’ll interact with the AI service while the app quietly handles background data processing to keep the experience fluid and battery-friendly.
On the back end, I’m leaning toward Firebase for speed—Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, plus Firebase Auth to streamline the email/social sign-ins—but I’m open to any scalable alternative you can justify. The database must comfortably store user profiles, customizable settings, and the transaction-style records the AI features will generate. Clear, maintainable architecture and documented code are essential so future sprints can build on this foundation without rewrites.
Deliverables I expect:
• Fully functional Flutter source code, cleanly documented and handed over in Git
• Integrated OpenAI (or equivalent) calls with error handling and usage logging
• Firebase (or agreed backend) set-up scripts / configs, ready for one-click deploy
• Responsive UI/UX that meets current platform guidelines
• Brief technical hand-off notes covering project structure, env variables, and next-step recommendations
I value frequent, transparent communication—weekly demos or TestFlight builds are ideal—and I’m looking for someone who has launched real apps before and can point to AI-powered projects in production. Nail this MVP and there’s budget and appetite for an ongoing partnership as we expand features and scale the user base.
