Project Description
I need a single, versatile point of contact who can move smoothly between data work, technical upkeep, and day-to-day user assistance. In practice, that means you will:
• Turn raw information from our Warehouse Management System into concise, decision-ready reports and dashboards in Microsoft Excel.
• Keep the WMS itself running reliably—monitor performance, spot issues early, and troubleshoot hardware or software glitches before they slow the floor.
• Support office and warehouse staff when questions arise, whether that is a quick “how-to” on a new feature or hands-on training for new hires.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse data integrity so stock figures match physical counts and management always has accurate numbers.
Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros) and solid, real-world experience with any modern inventory or WMS platform are essential. If you have additional skills—SQL scripting, ERP integration, or automation ideas—let me know; there’s room to grow the role.
Deliverables I will use to sign off:
1. A weekly management report generated directly from live WMS data.
2. A preventative maintenance log showing resolved and outstanding system issues.
3. A brief, user-friendly training guide (or video) covering the most common warehouse workflows.
