Electronics Electrical Engineering PCB Layout Circuit Design Analog Control Engineering Automation PLC
I’m building a fully automated water-pumping system and need both an analog control circuit and a PLC program that work seamlessly together. Scope • Sensing: the design must integrate pressure sensors and level sensors for real-time feedback. • Control targets: the core logic will start/stop pumps and trigger alarms; any additional loads you think would improve reliability can be suggested but are not mandatory. • PLC logic style: I want the software written in a Function Block Diagram format so that future maintenance is straightforward. • Analog backup: alongside the PLC, provide a discrete analog circuit that can keep the pumps running safely if the controller is offline. Deliverables 1. Annotated schematic of the analog circuit, including component values and a brief explanation of each stage. 2. Complete PLC project file (FBD), ready to download, with tagged I/O list matching the sensors and actuators. 3. Wiring diagram that shows how sensors, pumps, and alarms connect to both the analog board and the PLC. 4. Startup sequence, fault handling description, and any set-point calculations so I can tune the system on site. Acceptance criteria • Pumps cycle automatically based on level and pressure thresholds. • Alarms activate on high/low pressure, overfill, and PLC fault. • Manual override still respected by both control layers. Let me know your preferred PLC brand, or if you need sample sensor datasheets before starting.
