Project Brief: Corporate Design & Logo for New Company
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a designer (or small studio) to help build a complete corporate identity for a newly founded company.
The business is a GmbH focused on real estate, investments, and asset management. In short, we acquire, hold, and manage real estate properties and also manage company participations. The overall positioning is professional, long-term oriented, and investment-focused, so the branding needs to reflect trust, stability, and quality.
What I need:
Logo design
A clean, modern and timeless logo
Should feel strong, professional, and trustworthy
Nothing too flashy or overly complicated
Must work well across all formats (website, documents, business cards, etc.)
Brand identity / Corporate design
Defined color palette (preferably something elegant and serious like dark blue, black, grey, gold accents, etc.)
Typography selection (clean, readable, professional)
Overall visual direction that feels premium and consistent
Business essentials
Business card design
Letterhead / document templates
Email signature design
Optional but appreciated
A simple brand guideline / style guide PDF
Logo variations (icon, full version, black/white, etc.)
Basic social media profile/banner designs
Important:
The brand should communicate trust, professionalism, and financial strength. The target audience is mainly banks, investors, and business partners, so it needs to look serious and established rather than “startup playful”.
If you have experience working on corporate identities in real estate, finance, or investment-related industries, that would be a big plus. Please feel free to share relevant work.
