Project Description
I am at the conceptual design stage of a modern-style residence and need a seasoned architectural designer who can translate my early ideas into a fully detailed “Naksha.” The aesthetic I have in mind relies on brick and stone as the primary exterior palette, paired with clean contemporary lines. Every drawing must respect local building bylaws and integrate Vastu principles from the outset.
Here is what the assignment entails:
• A space-efficient floor plan and matching 3D elevations produced in AutoCAD, reflecting modern design language while showcasing brick-and-stone textures.
• Structural working drawings—complete column and beam layouts ready for engineering review—to guarantee true buildability.
• A coordinated MEP package (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) that dovetails seamlessly with the architectural and structural sets.
Acceptance criteria
– All files delivered in editable DWG plus PDF sheets ready for municipal submission.
– Drawings must cross-reference one another for dimensions and gridlines; any discrepancy noted in redline comments will be corrected before final hand-off.
– Final board to include a brief note explaining how Vastu requirements have been met for each floor.
If you have a proven residential portfolio that demonstrates precision and structural insight, I look forward to seeing how you can help shape this project from concept to fully documented design.
