I have a steady flow of content that has to be copied, formatted, and published across five places: my Facebook page, YouTube channel, Twitter feed, Pinterest boards, and the blog section of my WordPress site. Everything is ready—text snippets, images, videos, links, and the post captions—so the core of the job is accurate data entry and consistent formatting rather than content creation.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Publish each provided item to the correct platform, respecting character limits, hashtag style, and image-video requirements.
• Add the tags, categories, and featured images I supply inside WordPress so every post stays SEO-friendly.
• Double-check that all links open properly once they’re live on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and inside the YouTube description area.
• Keep a simple tracking sheet (Google Sheets or Excel—your choice) listing the post title, URL, and date/time published so I can monitor progress at a glance.
Acceptance criteria
A task is complete when all supplied assets appear correctly on the five platforms, match the formatting instructions I include with each batch, and are logged in the tracker without broken links or missing media.
If you’re comfortable juggling multiple social dashboards and the classic WordPress editor, this should be straightforward work you can handle quickly and accurately.
