My small business already runs on QuickBooks and I’d like to hand the day-to-day bookkeeping over to someone who lives and breathes the platform. The file is set up; what I need now is steady, accurate upkeep so I can stay focused on sales and operations.
Here’s how I picture the collaboration:
• Invoicing & Payments – Create and send invoices as soon as I flag a completed job, monitor open balances, and record customer payments so A/R is always current.
• Financial Reporting – Reconcile accounts and prepare up-to-date P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports each month so I can make data-driven decisions.
All work will be done directly in QuickBooks; if you prefer Online or Desktop, let me know and we’ll confirm we’re on the same version. Consistent categorisation, clean reconciliations, and timely reports are the acceptance criteria I’ll use to sign off each month.
