Project Description
I’m finalising the design of a 45 ft × 60 ft need a seasoned drafter who can turn the concept into a full construction set—fast. You may work in Revit, AutoCAD, or a hybrid workflow, but I’ll need the native files and clean PDFs in both formats at hand-over.
The first milestone is time-critical: fully coordinated GFC drawings and building sections must land on my desk as soon as possible so site work can begin without delay. Once those are signed off, we’ll move straight into the remaining sheets.

• Electrical and plumbing layouts with clear legends
• Rain-water pit and storm-water detailing
• Door & window schedules tied to the plans
• Staircase and toilet details at suitable scales
• Construction coordination drawings ready for site queries
Every sheet must reference consistent gridlines, levels and annotations, be formatted to standard ISO sheet sizes and plot cleanly at 1:1. Clash detection, layer discipline and tidy families/blocks are expected so my consultants can dive straight in.
