I’m Gorav, a recruitment professional with eight years of hands-on experience and a daily feed of roughly 2,000 fresh candidate phone numbers. I have mapped out a clear business model that turns this stream of data into a polished professional-services platform—something wider than a classic “job board,” yet still rooted in recruitment best practice.
The core user journey is already sketched: people create an account, browse or post openings, and hold real-time conversations inside the app. To make that happen we will need:
• Secure user registration and login
• A clean job-listing / application flow
• Fast, reliable in-app messaging
Your role is to drive the entire product cycle—architecture, coding, deployment, and ongoing optimisation—while we refine market fit together. I’m open to the tech stack you are most productive in (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, Node, Firebase, AWS, etc. are all fine) as long as it can scale and stay maintainable.
If partnering on a product from day one excites you, send a detailed proposal explaining:
• How you would structure the build and timeline
• Previous apps that show you can deliver similar functionality
• Any thoughts on monetisation or growth loops you would embed early
