I run a retail e-commerce business and I’m ready to turn our customer conversations into a seamless, casual-and-friendly experience across both our website and mobile app. I already use Interakt, but I need a full-fledged customisation that goes well beyond the stock template.
Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• Real-time product info: The bot should pull live data from our catalogue so shoppers always get current prices, variants and stock status.
• Out-of-stock handling: Offer substitutes or notify customers the moment an item is available again.
• Personalised sales chat: Recommend add-ons, upsells or bundles, negotiate approved discount tiers where relevant, and then capture payment intents or cart details.
• After-sales support: Order tracking, returns/exchange initiation, warranty queries and feedback collection—all inside the same thread.
• Smart hand-off: When a lead gets hot or the issue is complex, automatically route the chat (with full context) to the human sales team in Interakt or our existing CRM.
• Automation & analytics: Tag conversations, log events and surface metrics that show conversion lift, average response time and common pain points.
I’m looking for a specialist who has already worked with Interakt’s APIs, webhook flows or template engine and can deliver production-ready dialogs, fallback logic and a dashboard demonstration.
