I have an empty backyard and clear city guidelines—I now need a professional set of drawings that turn my ideas into permit-ready plans for an in-ground, freeform swimming pool. Here’s what the layout must show: a flowing, irregular footprint that feels organic rather than geometric, a dedicated waterfall feature that blends into the coping line, and a built-in spa area seamlessly integrated into the main shell. All dimensions should be to scale and include surface elevations, equipment pad location, plumbing runs, and any electrical stub-outs the contractor will need.
