Here’s what I value: crisp communication, the discipline to follow detailed instructions, and deadlines that are actually met. Your portfolio should show solid experience in at least one of these areas: web development (WordPress, React, Shopify or similar), visual design (Adobe CC, Figma), or light app/game development (Unity, Godot, Flutter, etc.). If you can cover more than one, even better. We’ll begin with a small paid test assignment so we can both confirm fit on quality and workflow. From there, expect ongoing briefs ranging from full site builds to logo iterations, UI assets, and lightweight game features. Version-controlled code, well-organised design files, and clear documentation will be essential deliverables each time.
