I run a customer-service-automation AI company that serves the entire insurance spectrum—health, life, property & casualty, and even annuities. We’re already generating a steady flow of warm inquiries; now I need someone who speaks the language of adjusters, brokers, and underwriters to turn that interest into booked demos and, ultimately, paid pilots.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional who understands both the insurance industry and AI-driven sales systems. Our company provides an AI client qualification and appointment booking system designed specifically to help insurance agents and agencies identify qualified leads, increase conversions, and book more sales appointments automatically.
This is a high-ticket offer, so we are looking for someone who can confidently explain the value of our services, build trust with prospects, and help close warm leads into paying clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Presenting and explaining our AI lead qualification system to insurance professionals
Helping warm leads understand the value and ROI of our services
Joining scheduled sales meetings booked by our appointment setter
Assisting with closing high-ticket deals
Communicating professionally with potential clients and answering industry-related questions
Requirements
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and how insurance sales work
Familiarity with AI systems, automation, or lead generation solutions
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
Comfortable speaking with business owners and insurance professionals
Basic familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) to navigate appointments and meetings
Confidence in high-ticket sales and relationship building
Compensation
Commission-only position with strong earning potential

We highly prefer candidates who send a short Loom video introducing themselves, explaining their experience in insurance sales and AI-related services, and why they believe they would be a good fit for this role.
Deliverables & success criteria
• Book a minimum of 15 qualified demos each month
• Maintain detailed call notes and next-step tasks in GHL
• Achieve at least a 25 % conversion from demo to paid pilot
• Provide a concise weekly pipeline update
