I run a service business that requires precise, daily coordination of cleaning appointments. I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of our scheduling and calendar management inside Connecteam, while also handling the back-and-forth communication with both clients and our field teams.
Here’s what the role looks like day to day: every morning you’ll review incoming requests, confirm availability with our cleaners, and slot jobs into the calendar. Throughout the day you’ll monitor any changes, quickly update Connecteam, and notify everyone affected. When clients call, email, or message, you’ll answer questions, reschedule if needed, and make sure service providers have the latest details so no one shows up at the wrong time or address.
Deliverables I’ll rely on
• A continuously accurate Connecteam schedule that reflects all daily cleanings
• Timely confirmation or rescheduling notices sent to clients and cleaners
• A brief end-of-day summary noting any outstanding issues or follow-ups
If you already know Connecteam, great if not no worries. Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is essential, and comfort with phone or VoIP calls. Steady availability during U.S. business hours would make the hand-off smooth, but I’m flexible on exact times as long as the calendar stays current.
