Project Description
I’m creating an online showcase for a multi-level car park and want visitors to feel as if they are flying a drone through the building. As the user scrolls, the page should seamlessly “descend” floor by floor, revealing a 3D plan of each level, the available spaces, charging points, and other highlights. Animated transitions between sections are essential to keep the experience fluid and cinematic.
Core tasks
• Build a modern, responsive website that loads quickly on desktop and mobile.
• Develop WebGL-powered 3D floor plans—Three.js or similar—so every level can be explored in real time.
• Implement a smooth scroll-driven storyboard: each scroll tick triggers the virtual fly-through, text call-outs, and micro-interactions.
• Add subtle UI flourishes (easing, parallax, lighting tweaks) to underscore the premium feel of the facility.
• Provide clear documentation so my team can swap textures, labels, and numbers as the lot evolves.
Acceptance criteria
1. Scrolling from top to bottom shows each floor once, without stutter, on Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
2. 3D assets remain crisp at 60 fps on an average laptop.
3. All content is editable through simple JSON or a CMS entry.
4. Final package delivered as deploy-ready code plus layered source files.
