Project Description
I have complete architectural floorplans and interior design drawings for a residential project and now need them brought to life as photorealistic, high-detail 3D renderings. The scope covers the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Every surface, texture and decorative accent shown on the drawings should read true to life—wood grain, fabric weave, metal finishes, lighting temperature, everything.
Once the core model is accurate, I’ll be experimenting with alternative materials and finishes, so please structure the scene with clean, named layers and well-organised material libraries that let me toggle options quickly. If your workflow allows, an interactive model (Sketchfab, WebGL, Unreal, or similar) where I can orbit the space and switch material sets would be ideal.
Essential deliverables:
• Fully textured 3D model of the three rooms, organised for easy material swaps
• A set of high-resolution still renders (angles agreed together)
• Optional interactive export or 360° walkthrough showcasing the same detailing
Use whichever software you prefer—3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, Unreal, etc.—so long as the output matches the drawings precisely and hits a photoreal standard. Let me know your proposed toolchain and turnaround, and include a link to any interior renders that best demonstrate the fine-texture realism I’m after.
