I need a Windows-based desktop application that guides single-specialty ophthalmology hospitals all the way to NABH 2nd Edition accreditation readiness.
The core workflow is already mapped out:
• Hospital onboarding – simple profile setup with basic facility data.
• Secure upload of every “master” policy, SOP, register and record.
• Automatic AI sorting of each file into the correct NABH 2nd Edition chapter.
• Real-time gap analysis showing which standards lack evidence.
• Dynamic list of missing or obsolete documents.
• Context-aware CAPA recommendations the quality team can download or print.
• One-click mock audit that simulates assessor questions and scores responses.
• Readiness score with a dated PDF report to track improvement over time.
Acceptance criteria
1. Runs natively on current Windows 10/11 without external dependencies beyond a standard installer.
2. Handles common document formats (docx, pdf, xlsx, pptx) and keeps the original file names intact.
3. NABH mapping table must stay editable so future guideline updates can be imported without code changes.
4. All AI actions (classification, scoring, recommendations) must be traceable through an on-screen log for audit defensibility.
5. Offline operation is preferred; if cloud services such as OpenAI or Azure are used, a clear fallback or local model option is required.
