Project Description
I’m ready to roll out a full Microsoft-based ecosystem for a small group of companies and need a consultant who can take us from blank tenant to production-ready. The very first milestone is a clean implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central, with the ERP layer configured for our core entities and wired into Power BI for executive reporting and SharePoint-driven approval workflows.
Once Business Central is live, we will expand into the rest of the stack—Microsoft 365 Business Premium for all users, Entra ID for SSO, conditional access and MFA, SharePoint for controlled document management and an externally facing portal, Teams for day-to-day collaboration, Purview to enforce retention, Power Automate and Power Apps for form-based approvals and lightweight portals, plus DocuSign fully integrated with SharePoint.
Deliverables I need to see from you
• A detailed project proposal outlining phases, key activities and estimated timelines
• A clear architecture diagram that shows how each service interacts (especially Business Central → Power BI and SharePoint workflows)
• Configuration and security baselines for each platform
• Migration or data-load plan for Business Central
• User enablement and hand-off documentation
I’m particularly keen on best-practice governance, minimal technical debt and a smooth user experience across all touchpoints. If you have successfully delivered a similar multi-service deployment, I’d love to review your approach.
