Florida Architect Plan Seal Needed

I have a pre-designed set of single-family home plans, complete with the original CAD files. The drawings meet general Florida code, but the designer who produced them is not a licensed architect. Before I can submit for permitting, my county requires that the documents be reviewed, brought fully into line with all local ordinances, and then signed and sealed by a Florida-licensed architect. Your role is to: • Review every sheet for compliance with the specific local building codes enforced by my county permitting office. • Make any minor adjustments or notations directly in the CAD files (dwg) so the plan set reflects those code requirements. • Provide a final, signed and sealed PDF plus two plot-ready sheets that will satisfy the building department’s submittal checklist. I will supply the full plan set, CAD files, and the latest county code references the moment we start. If you typically work in AutoCAD or Revit that’s perfect, but any platform that preserves the dwg integrity is fine. Acceptance will be confirmed once the county plan reviewer issues a “no comments” or “approved with conditions met” response. Only architects currently holding an active Florida license can be considered, and I will need your license number for verification before we proceed.
