Website Design SEO WordPress HTML Website Management Web Development Payment Gateway Integration
I’m putting together a WordPress-based community travel website whose main goal is to showcase and sell community travel packages. I’ll share a couple of reference sites I like, and I need the finished build to match them in both look-and-feel and, more importantly, in how smoothly everything works. Core functionality is a full booking and reservation system that lets visitors purchase an entire travel package in one flow—selecting dates, choosing group size, adding optional extras, and checking out securely. I’ll need easy back-end tools so I can create, duplicate, and edit packages without touching code, plus automated e-mails and a simple dashboard for order management. Responsive design, fast page loads, and clean UX are essential. I’m happy for you to start with a premium theme or your own custom theme, as long as it’s lightweight and SEO-friendly. Plugins are fine if they’re well supported; custom code is also welcome when it keeps the stack lean. Deliverables • WordPress site installed on my host and configured • Customised theme matching my reference sites • Complete travel package booking flow: product pages, cart, checkout, confirmation e-mails • Payment gateway integration (Stripe or PayPal—advise on best choice) • Admin area where I add/edit packages, prices, blackout dates, and images • Basic on-page SEO setup and performance optimisation • A short hand-off guide or recorded walkthrough so I can manage the site myself THE BUDGET OF THE WEBSITE IS 20K - 25K . WE ARE VERY PARTICULAR ON THE SAME. IF YOU THINK THAT IT WILL NOT FIT YOUR BILL, PLS DON'T QUOTE. ALSO PLS READ REQUIREMENT DOCUMENT CLEARLY PRIOR TO QUOTATION, PLS DO NOT QUOTE FOR THE SAKE OF QUOTATION. I’ll supply all copy, imagery, and the reference URLs as soon as we start. Let me know the timetable you’d need from first install to go-live, along with any questions about hosting, plugins, or design preferences.
