Email Marketing Assistant Needed for Spiritual / Personal Growth Brand Job Description I run a personal growth and soul-led coaching brand, and I need someone to help me manage email marketing properly. I am looking for an Email Marketing Assistant, not a full copywriter. I will provide the email content, brand direction, and campaign ideas. Your role will be to help with the technical setup, formatting, scheduling, automation, list management, and reporting. You should be comfortable working with tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, MailerLite, Zoho Campaigns, ConvertKit, or similar platforms. Main Responsibilities You will help with: Setting up email campaigns Uploading and formatting email copy Adding links, buttons, and basic visuals Scheduling email campaigns Creating simple automation flows Segmenting email lists based on interest or purchase behavior Cleaning and organizing email lists Testing emails before sending Checking mobile and desktop preview Tracking open rates, click rates, and basic campaign performance Giving a simple weekly report on what was sent and how it performed Important I do not want generic, overly salesy email marketing. The tone of the brand is warm, clear, human, emotionally intelligent, and trust-building. I will provide most of the email copy and direction. I need someone who can execute carefully, maintain the system, and help me stay consistent. Ideal Candidate You should be: Detail-oriented Good with email marketing platforms Reliable with deadlines Comfortable with simple automation setup Able to follow brand instructions Good at formatting emails neatly Able to test all links and layouts before sending Comfortable sharing weekly reports Experience with wellness, coaching, personal growth, spirituality, therapy, self-help, or women-led brands is a plus, but not compulsory.
