Rodent Control & Termite Baiting

I’m dealing with a persistent rodent problem and need an experienced pest-control professional to eliminate it safely and thoroughly. The immediate priority is full rodent control, while I’d also like advice and, if appropriate, installation of baiting systems as my preferred method for any future termite protection. Scope of work • Inspect the entire property, identify entry points and nesting areas, and document findings. • Design and execute a rodent-removal plan using tamper-resistant bait stations, traps or other humane, industry-standard methods. • Seal access points to prevent re-infestation. • Provide recommendations on termite baiting systems and quote on installing them once the rodent issue is resolved. • Supply a short follow-up report summarising actions taken, materials used and maintenance tips. Acceptance criteria • No fresh signs of rodent activity during two consecutive follow-up visits. • Clear outline of a termite baiting strategy delivered with the final report. I’m ready to schedule the initial inspection as soon as possible and will approve milestone payments tied to inspection, treatment completion and final clearance.
