Project Description
I have just moved my organisation to Zoho and now need both Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory configured from the ground up. The goal is to go live with a fully working accounting and stock-control environment that mirrors our current records and lets the team take over daily processing straight away.
The work starts with a clean implementation: configuring chart of accounts, tax rules, invoice templates, banking feeds, and then connecting Inventory so that stock movements instantly update the books. Although my immediate request is “implementation”, I will happily adopt any best-practice workflows you recommend for stock tracking, order management and reporting so the system scales with us.
All legacy data has to come across intact. I will supply spreadsheets (or export files) containing:
• customer and vendor details
• product and inventory data, including opening stock levels
• full financial transactions up to the cut-over date
The import must leave trial balances matched and historical reports identical to those produced by our previous system.
Deliverables
• Configured Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory instance ready for live use
• Successful migration of customers, vendors, products, stock and all past transactions
• Reconciliation report proving opening balances are correct
• Brief hand-over session or video walkthrough covering the key workflows we set up
Once everything is running smoothly I will sign off the project.
