I need a full, permit-ready design package for a 36’-wide by 30’-deep warehouse with 18’-high walls here in Phoenix, Arizona. The building will serve strictly as storage for general goods, so the interior can stay mostly open. A single ADA-compliant restroom and a small break area with a sink must be integrated along one side. The floor will be a standard concrete slab; no epoxy or special coatings are planned. All drawings, calculations, and notes have to satisfy the current City of Phoenix building, energy, plumbing, electrical, and fire codes as well as the relevant IBC references. That means you will need to address setbacks, wind and seismic loads for this region, sprinkler or other fire-suppression requirements, and any accessibility details the city enforces. Deliverables • Signed and, when required, professionally stamped architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing sheets in both PDF and DWG • Code summary sheet citing the exact Phoenix amendments relied upon • Structural and energy calculations in separate files • Materials/fixture schedules for the restroom and break area • Two revision cycles included, or until the city grants approval, whichever comes first A two-week window for the first draft and four weeks to reach a final, submittable set would keep the project on track.
