Project Description
I want to launch a clean, mobile-friendly website that serves as the central information hub for my cardiology practice. The primary goal is to give current and prospective patients clear, trustworthy resources: detailed service descriptions that explain each diagnostic or treatment option in plain language, a regularly-updated library of educational articles, and a concise FAQ section that answers the questions I hear every day in the clinic.
Design & structure
• Intuitive navigation with quick access to emergency contacts and insurance information.
• Professional yet welcoming visual style that aligns with cardiology branding (heart-healthy colour palette, reassuring imagery, ADA-compliant typography).
• Fully responsive layout so the content looks perfect on phones, tablets, and desktop screens.
Content management
I’d like everything built on an easy-to-update CMS (WordPress or a similarly straightforward platform) so my staff and I can add new articles or edit FAQs without touching code.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional website on a staging server for review
2. Deployment to my hosting provider with SSL enabled
3. Training session or short video walkthrough covering content updates
4. Documentation summarising plugins, theme settings, and future integration steps for scheduling
Acceptance criteria
• Pages render correctly in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, plus iOS/Android browsers.
• Core Web Vitals pass on mobile and desktop.
• All content (service descriptions, educational articles, FAQ) is editable from the CMS dashboard.
• Site is ready for seamless appointment-tool integration when I decide on a system.
Please include a brief outline of your proposed tech stack, timeline, and any similar medical sites you’ve delivered.
