We are rapidly expanding our global operations and are looking to hire multiple experienced Freelance HR Recruiters to join our remote team. As a core member of our talent acquisition strategy, you will be primarily responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality candidates for specialized roles, including Engineers and Foreign Trade Sourcing Assistants. If you are a highly autonomous recruiter with a strong technical hiring background and experience collaborating with international teams, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering. Actively source and recruit for specialized positions, particularly Engineering roles and Foreign Trade Sourcing Assistants. Collaborate closely with our overseas teams and hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and local market dynamics. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit in both English and Mandarin. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. Specialized Recruiting Background: You must have a demonstrable track record of successfully recruiting Engineers (software, hardware, or structural, etc.). Experience hiring Foreign Trade Sourcing Assistants is also required. Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a strict requirement, as you will be evaluating candidates and coordinating with teams in both languages. Global Exposure: Previous experience working with, or hiring for, overseas teams and international operations. Work Style: Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
