Project Description
I run a small dairy in Honduras that serves 80 regular clients with a catalogue of 17 products sold on both credit and cash. I need a complete Google Apps Script solution that turns seven Google Sheets into a lightweight ERP I can operate from a laptop or a smartphone—even when the connection drops.
Scope of work
• Build the following linked Sheets modules: Products, Clients, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Costs, and a Monthly Profitability Summary.
• Design interactive HTML sidebar forms that work smoothly on both desktop and mobile screens. Each sale must allow multiple products, automatically apply a 5 L discount for preferential clients, and accept partial or full payments while checking credit in real time.
• Accounts receivable logic: a daily clock-trigger highlights the entire row green when current, yellow after 7 days, and red after 15 days.
• Provide an offline layer so sales can be captured without internet and auto-sync once connectivity returns.
• Generate a monthly profitability report with a full cost breakdown.
• Package and deploy the whole project with clasp so I can version-control it and install it quickly on new accounts.
Acceptance criteria
1. All seven Sheets created with protected headers and drop-downs where appropriate.
2. Sidebar forms load in under two seconds on Chrome (desktop) and Chrome Mobile.
3. Test scenario: record a multi-product credit sale, apply a partial payment, verify color state change after date manipulation.
4. Offline test: disable Wi-Fi, register a cash sale, reconnect, and confirm data syncs accurately.
5. One-click clasp push/pull documented in a short README.
