I run a marketing and advertising agency called 'Zoro' and need an outgoing closer who can both generate leads and take them all the way to a signed proposal, working 100 % on commission. You will be representing a broad suite of services, giving you plenty of angles to open conversations with prospects and upsell existing accounts.
Our current offer includes:
• Social media marketing campaigns
• Long- and short-form content creation
• SEO & SEM strategy and execution
• UI/UX and graphic design packages
• Automation solutions—chatbots, AI agents, workflow setups
• Rapid no-code development for MVPs and internal tools
Your day-to-day is simple to describe but challenging to master: identify qualified companies (typically SMBs and funded start-ups), book discovery calls, uncover pain points, tailor a solution from the list above, and get the deal signed. Cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, partnership building, and follow-up sequences are all fair game—as long as you keep the pipeline moving.
I handle onboarding, project delivery, and client success; you focus exclusively on revenue generation. Commission is paid the moment an initial invoice clears, with escalators for multi-service or retainer agreements. All collateral, case studies, and pricing frameworks are ready for you on day one.
