Digital Membership System with QR IDs

I’m looking for a developer who can take this idea from concept to production: a tier-based digital membership system that issues personalised ID cards and lets me manage every member from a single dashboard. Core requirements • Three membership levels – Basic, Gold and Diamond – each unlocking its own area of the system. • Sign-up and sign-in handled through social media login only (Facebook, Google and similar). No e-mail/password fallback is needed right now. • Automatic generation of a digital ID card for every approved member: it must display the member’s photo, their current tier and an embedded QR code. When that QR code is scanned, the system should pull up the member’s record instantly so staff can verify status. • Admin dashboard where I can search, filter, edit, upgrade/downgrade or deactivate members, plus upload a replacement photo if needed. Tier settings (names, colours, benefits text, etc.) should be editable from the same panel. • Real-time tier checks: if a member is moved from Gold to Basic, their QR code must immediately reflect the new status. • Clean, responsive interface — members will likely access it from both phones and desktops, so layout should adapt fluidly. Tech notes I’m flexible on the stack; feel free to propose the framework or cloud services you’re most comfortable with, provided the build is secure, scalable and easy to hand over. Popular choices like React / Next.js with Node.js, Laravel, Django, Flutter or a Firebase backend are all fine by me as long as they meet the brief. Timing There’s no hard deadline, so you can plan a sensible delivery schedule with milestones for: 1) core architecture & authentication, 2) tier logic and ID generation, 3) admin dashboard, 4) final polish and deployment.
