What you’ll do • Monitor and answer incoming text messages (our primary channel) quickly and professionally. • Occasionally return or receive phone calls or emails when a situation can’t be resolved by text alone. • Schedule new jobs, assign the right technician, and update each booking inside our specialized dispatch software. • Send courteous status updates so customers always know when help is on the way. • Keep a tidy log and send me a brief daily summary of completed bookings, open items, and any issues that need follow-up. When I need you • Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM Los Angeles (PST) What helps you succeed • Knowledge of Russian is an advantage! • Solid customer service background; you know how to stay calm, clear, and friendly. • Comfortable navigating specialized dispatch platforms (or similar SaaS tools) from a laptop or phone. • Excellent spoken and written English with sharp attention to details like dates, addresses, and technician notes. • Steady internet, a quiet spot to work, and the discipline to reply within minutes.
