Project Description
I’m building a fully web-based solution that brings HRMS and Payroll together in one place. At the core, I need three working modules: employee management, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. Each module must be accessible through any modern browser, with a clean, responsive interface that scales from desktop to mobile screens.
Smooth data flow between this new platform and our existing HR systems is essential, so please allow for secure API-level integration and the ability to map fields without manual workarounds.
Deliverables:
• Employee Management – add, edit, archive staff records, assign roles and permissions
• Attendance Tracking – real-time capture, import from biometric devices or CSV, automated leave and overtime rules
• Payroll Processing – tax and deduction setup, multi-cycle runs, payslip generation (PDF/email)
Acceptance criteria:
1. All modules run error-free on a standard LAMP/MEAN stack or equivalent cloud setup.
2. Role-based access, audit logs, and basic encryption for sensitive fields are in place.
3. Integration endpoints for our existing HR system are documented and demonstrated.
4. Final hand-over includes source code, database schema, and a short admin guide.
