Mobile App to Boost Sales

I want to move more products by giving customers a fast, convenient shopping experience on their phones. The task is to design and build a full-featured mobile application—iOS and Android—that removes every barrier between browsing and purchase. A friction-less checkout flow, secure payment gateway, push notifications for timely promotions, and in-app analytics to track conversions are non-negotiable because the sole metric for success is increased sales. Visuals must load quickly, feel intuitive, and align with existing brand colours and voice. If current back-end APIs for inventory and orders can be reused, great; otherwise an API layer will be part of the scope.
