Key expectations – A concrete action plan mapping week-by-week tactics for subscriber acquisition and engagement spikes – Execution of the plan (you can tap into Reddit ads, targeted AMAs, giveaway mechanics—whatever will move the needle) – Metrics dashboards or concise reports so progress is clear and decisions stay data-led Provide proven examples of past subreddit lifts or related community-building wins, specify the tools you lean on—Reddit Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout, custom scripts, etc.—and outline timelines you’re confident hitting.
