SketchUp 3D Model for Gathering Venue

I already have a complete set of 2D plans for a purpose-built gathering venue and now need a clean, accurate SketchUp model so stakeholders can explore the layout in three dimensions. The building programme includes a main setting hall, two bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, and store, plus a smaller setting room in the yard for more intimate groups. Outside, a landscaped garden surrounds the structure and a separate gatekeeper’s room sits near the entrance; everything shown on the drawings must appear in the model. Level of detail: a basic 3D layout populated with suitably scaled furniture blocks is all that’s required. No photoreal textures, advanced lighting, or material studies at this stage—solid geometry that respects wall thicknesses, openings, ceiling heights, and general circulation is the real goal. Deliverables • Editable SketchUp (.skp) file built to accurate real-world dimensions, covering the entire property—indoor spaces, outdoor setting room, garden, and gatekeeper’s room. • A handful of pre-saved scenes (plan view, four key perspectives, and an overall aerial) to make navigation effortless for non-technical viewers.
