We are specifically looking for someone who understands: Meta lead generation high-intent targeting Editing the reels getting content ready local business/gym owner lead generation conversion-focused campaigns Our goal is to generate serious business inquiries from: Gym owners Fitness studio owners Commercial fitness spaces Dealers/distributors Bulk buyers About Us Fluid Tech is a gym equipment manufacturing company focused on supplying high-quality fitness equipment solutions. We are now looking to scale lead generation through Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ads and are searching for a reliable freelancer/agency who can help us build a predictable lead generation system. Scope of Work Responsibilities: Setup and manage Meta ad campaigns Lead generation through Facebook & Instagram ads Audience research and targeting Campaign optimisation Meta Pixel setup/tracking Landing page setup or optimisation Lead quality improvement Weekly reporting and communication Important Notes We Already Have: Ad budget allocated separately (~₹1 lakh initially) Existing creatives/reels available Clear product category and business direction We Need: Execution Optimisation Quality lead generation Someone proactive and performance-focused Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience running Meta ads Understands lead generation funnels Can generate quality leads, not just cheap leads Has worked with fitness, local business, manufacturing, or high-ticket industries (preferred) Is responsive and communicates well Can think long-term and scale campaigns Budget & Payment Structure Fixed Project Fee: ₹25,000–₹30,000 total for initial 3-month project Performance Bonus: ₹5,000 bonus for every successfully converted client/deal generated through campaigns (Conversion tracking process will be discussed clearly during onboarding.) Long-Term Opportunity: If performance is strong, we are open to continuing on a monthly retainer basis long-term.
