I want my real-estate agency to show up consistently and professionally on social media, with the end goal of driving more qualified buyer leads.

First you need to come up with what strategy you are going to do to scale revenue.
What can be CPR. What can be done to boost sales.
What are the key points you are going to do so that I can freelance you.
If we think you can have best results, then we will give you the project.
Scope
• Channel focus: Facebook and Instagram only—no LinkedIn or other platforms for now.
• Core activity: complete social-media management, from calendaring and copywriting to publishing and basic community interaction.
• Content style: eye-catching property-listing posts (photos, short videos, carousels) that highlight key features, price, and location. On-brand graphics and concise, persuasive captions are essential.
What you’ll handle
- Build a two-week rolling content calendar.
- Create the visuals (using supplied photos, floor plans, or short clips; light editing expected).
- Monitor comments and basic inbox queries, flagging anything that needs my direct input.
- Provide a simple weekly performance recap (reach, engagement, top-performing post insight).
Acceptance criteria
1. Weekly report delivered every Monday in PDF or Google Docs format.
Optional but welcome: suggestions for boosted-post budgets or small ad campaigns if you see a listing with viral potential.
