My hiring funnel is already attracting promising applicants; the bottleneck is the live interview stage. I want every candidate to experience a well-structured, genuinely conversational session while I collect consistent data that an AI layer can later analyse for fast, bias-aware shortlisting.
Here is the flow I need handled from your side:
• Read the job description and source candidates who fit the role requirements.
• Use AI to communicate with shortlisted candidates, informing them about their selection and scheduling interviews with HR.
• Run first-round video interviews on Microsoft Teams, following a question set we will build together.
• Keep the tone warm and human—no scripted interrogation—yet capture clear, comparable insights on skills, motivation and culture fit.
• Tag key moments or quotes during the call so the transcript is instantly ready for my AI summary tool (I’ll provide access).
• Deliver a concise scorecard and recommendations for each candidate within 12 hours of the call.
• Once interviews are completed, AI should rate the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate and share this analysis with the recruiter.
• AI must create a matrix summarizing key insights after each interview.
I will supply the calendar slots, meeting links, interview framework and evaluation rubric; you bring interviewing expertise, solid Teams proficiency and an empathetic approach that puts people at ease on camera. Previous experience hiring for tech and business roles will be valuable, but an ability to adapt your style to different seniority levels matters most.
Success is defined by:
1. All scheduled candidates interviewed on time.
2. Complete, well-structured scorecards that align with the rubric.
3. Positive candidate feedback on the interview experience.
Additionally, faster turnaround times from the recruiter are required to ensure seamless candidate experiences.
